Final Paper Submission Guideline
Deadlines:
- Submission of Final Manuscript: January 26, 2024, 23:59 (JST)
- Notice:
- It is possible to resubmit a final version of a paper before the copyright form is signed. Once the copyright is completed, the system prevents new versions of the final document.
- If you wants to change their final document, please contact to IES Conferences Community Support, sending the file and submission id (in form AMC24-xxxxxx), and support team will take care of the changes.
Final Manuscript Submmission Step
- Registration for AMC2024 via Online Registration Page
- Submit the Final Manuscript via IES Conferences Community Web Site
- Submit Copyright form via IES Conferences Community Web Site
Important:
- Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be IEEE copyrighted and published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings is planned to be submitted for inclusion in IEEE XploreR Digital Library.
- In order for the accepted paper to be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE XploreR Digital Library, all of the following three requirements must be satisfied:
- Appropriate publication materials: final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE must be submitted.
- At least one registration(IEEE-IES Member, IEEE Member, Nonmember, IEEE Student Member, and Student Nonmember) has to be paid before submitting the final manuscript.
- The paper must be presented at the conference.
- The full paper, including figures and references, should be limited to 6 pages. If authors want to submit a manuscript of more than 6 pages, authors will need to pay the Additional Page Charge (¥10,000 per page) at the time of registration. The maximum number of pages will be 12.
Instructions for Authors
Papers must be written in English. The full paper, including figures and references, should be limited to 6 pages. Papers must follow the IEEE double-column format (A4 size) for AMC2024.

IMPORTANT: Please do not include the IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page. This will be automatically added by IEEE when producing the conference proceedings. Inserting the notice will cause an error in PdfXpress (sse below).

Authors are expected to submit only their own original works that is currently not under review somewhere else. The conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE's publication principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.

Final manuscripts must be submitted via IES Conerences Community Web Site (Open with new window) before the deadline. Only PDF files will be accepted.
